A transcripts of Henry Williams' oral history interviews with John T. Mason, Jr. Williams discusses the U.S. Naval Academy, his work as a naval construction specialist, as an administrative officer for the Bureau of Ships and later for the Secretary of the Navy, and gives his impressions of prominent political and naval figures. Forms part of Columbia University Oral History Collection (Part One).
